The dad went on Instagram to thank his better half Michelle Obama for giving him the best gifts he had ever received in life.

He praised Michelle for gifting him with two wonderful ladies who became his lifeline, his reason and his purpose.

Obama thought his daughters had played an important role in shaping the man he has become over the years.

"Michelle and Patti have also given us the single greatest gift of our lives: the chance to become fathers," Obama gushed.

The former US president even shared a TBT photo of himself and the beauties and appreciated how simple yet entertaining life has been thanks to them.

The authoritative man also noted that Michelle had been the best support system he ever received.
