The Voice Season 22 stars Parijita Bastola and Kique became social media official on Valentine’s Day, as they confirmed they’re dating and teased new music together. Fans have wondered if the pair was a couple since they formed a friendship on the show.
The Voice Stars Parijita Bastola, Kique Are Dating
On Tuesday, the couple confirmed that they’re dating on TikTok and Instagram by sharing clips of them hanging out. It’s set to their version of “How Deep Is Your Love” by the Bee Gees. Parijita shared that she and Kique “shared our love for this song since the beginning of the show.”
She went on to say that they especially liked the version by PJ Morton and Alex Isley. Parijita actually performed “How Deep Is Your Love” on Season 21 of The Voice, in a Battle against sister duo The Marilynds on Team Legend.
“I’ve been really nervous about releasing things, especially this being the first official thing,” Parijita continued, “and I realized that it’s going to have to start somewhere and what better to start with than a causal little cover with your bf.”

The Couple’s Song Release Was Delayed
Earlier this week, Parijita teased that she and Kique would be releasing a cover of “How Deep Is Your Love” on Valentine’s Day. However, she updated fans on Tuesday to let them know they would have to wait a few more days to hear the song.
The singer encouraged fans to pre-save the song while they wait for the official release. Parijita took to Instagram stories to share that “Spotify is taking its time” releasing the song. She explained that she’s “a bit in the dark” about how it all works since she’s never released music before.
Parijita and Kique sparked dating rumors all the way back when Season 22 was first airing last year. While Parijita was competing on Team Legend, Kique was on Team Gwen. She made it to the Top 8, while he was eliminated in the Top 10.
